Due to the complexities and costs associated with international shipping, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, we understand that finding the perfect fit or product can sometimes be challenging, so we offer the following options:

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return, excluding shipping fees.
Partial Refunds:
In cases where items show signs of wear or damage, we may offer a partial refund.
Damaged Products:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We offer a full refund or replacement for items that are badly damaged. For minor issues (e.g., slight wrinkles, small scratches), we may offer a partial refund or replacement.
Notes:
- For damaged packing boxes, Doabella cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distance international delivery.
- Doabella refunds you the cost of the product only.
Incorrect or Missing Products
Doabella has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. However, if you receive an incorrect or missing product, please report the issue to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will address such issues as follows:
- Incorrect Products: We offer a full refund or replacement.
- Wrong Color or Size: For products with the wrong color or size that don’t affect product function, Doabella offers a refund.
- Missing Parts: For parts missing that don’t affect product function, Doabella may refund partially or resend the missing part. For parts missing that affect product function, Doabella will resend the product.
- Accessories: Doabella will resend any missing accessories.
Orders Delayed
Sometimes, orders may arrive at the nearest post office to the buyer and remain pending due to an insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact their local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
Orders Not Received
Doabella will not provide refunds or resends if the tracking information shows the order has been delivered. If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to provide a non-delivery certification from your local post office with an official seal. Please note that we cannot process refunds or resends without this documentation.
Tracking Information Alerts
If the tracking information shows an alert, the reasons may include:
a) Incorrect/insufficient address
b) No such number
c) Unknown recipient
d) Refused
e) Not picked up in time
f) No safe delivery location
g) Uncleared customs
h) Other reasons
The local distributor will attempt delivery 1-3 times depending on the situation. If the package is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage for 3-7 days. The customer needs to pick up the package themselves. If the product is returned to the sender during this period, Doabella takes no responsibility for lost products.
Order Cancellations
Full Refunds:
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are processed by our warehouses.
Non-Cancelable Orders:
After payment, customized (POD) and preordered inventory items cannot be canceled.
